“HERO UP” COMIC BOOK COVER ART & COMIC COMBO
Hero Up! was a comic book project created and written by 12 year cancer survivor Zachi Josiah Telesha, who alsways wanted to be a comic book writer. Based on his ideas and suggestions I created the art for the superhero team and their super villain adversaries. The project was spearheaded by the fine folks at Rodale publishing. The comic consist of bios of the team and bad guys, with full page character illustrations of each. I definitely channeled my love for Jack Kirby and Bruce Timm on this project.
