Brand new set of Prototype Star Wars Original Art Cards available now! I was lucky enough to help illustrate a bunch of Star Wars kids books and comics with my pal and Canadian comix legend Ken Steacy in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Unfortunately all my original art from those projects were long since snapped up by eager collectors. But it’s been fun since then doing Star Wars themed commissions and other original art to meet the demand. So in that vein here’s the latest batch - three original Star Wars Art Cards, mini 2.5” x 3.5” one of a kid paintings featuring prototype characters from the early preproduction days of “The Star Wars” in 1973-1975 inspired by the work of Ralph McQuarrie, Alex Tavoularis and John Mollo. Gouache and ink, over pencil on acid-free black illustration board: $80 each or $220 for all three.
